All employees receive an email from Twitter

Elon Musk wants to send an email to all users on Friday, but of course not all of them will be fired. In fact, people who receive the email through their work account will continue to work on Twitter, and employees who receive this email through their personal account will be fired.

In the email, employees are reminded not to share confidential company information on social networks or with the media. It is also stated in this email that offices are temporarily closed and access is suspended to ensure the security of employees as well as Twitter systems and customer information.

It is currently unknown how many Twitter employees Elon Musk will lay off, and reports vary. In fact, reports have reported that 50 to 75 percent of the forces will be retrenched, which in any case will mean the dismissal of thousands of forces.
