Free Guy and Stranger Things director negotiations to direct the new Star Wars movie

Sean Levy, director of Free Guy and several episodes of Stranger Things, is in talks with Lucasfilm to direct the new Star Wars movie.

In the latest Cinema and TV news, the director of another movie from the world of Star Wars has been determined. Deadline reported that Sean Levy is in talks with Lucasfilm to direct the new Star Wars movie. Information about the plot and events of this film and its writer are not available, but Levy’s current focus is supposed to be directing the Deadpool 3 movie, in which we see the presence of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.

Levy is also currently behind the scenes in post-production on All the Light We Cannot See, directing all four episodes of the series for Netflix. Levy will also return to direct at least two episodes of the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. The Star Wars movie is actually Levy’s third collaboration with Disney, and before that he was in charge of the movie Free Guy directed by Ryan Reynolds, which is also rumored to be a sequel.

Levy is actually set to return to Star Wars and Deadpool 3 after years of directing a sequel after directing three installments of Night at the Museum.
