Activision announced the Loot for Good charity event of Call of Duty: Warzone 2’s DMZ section by releasing a trailer.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2’s Call of Duty fundraiser recently launched a new fundraising event for Call of Duty: Warzone 2’s DMZ mode. The event is called Loot for Good, and Activision will donate some money to the Duty Cycle charity for the players’ activity in DMZ competitions. More specifically, Call of Duty publisher will donate $1 for every player who reaches $30,000 in-game and $10 for every player who reaches $1 million in-game. Players can see daily updates of their performance in the event.
According to Activision, people who participate in the Loot for Good event competitions and manage to mine at least $30,000 will receive an in-game reward. Activision plans to donate all proceeds from the event to support veterans.
Dan Goldenberg“The Loot for Good event gives Call of Duty: Warzone 2 fans the opportunity to experience the game, [همان] What they always wanted to do was support veterans directly. “This initiative is not only entertaining, but can also attract attention and raise public awareness of the importance of finding better jobs for retirees.”
The Call of Duty Endowment works with private veterans’ support organizations in the United States and the United Kingdom to make it easier for veterans to find work. According to Activision, Call of Duty’s charitable arm broke its annual performance record last year, raising more than $1 billion to support veterans.
Goldenberg added: “When we started the charity department 14 years ago, our goal was to focus on the poor economic situation of war pensioners. We have created useful jobs for 118,000 veterans so far. However, more work is still needed; Especially for female veterans who are two to three times more likely to be unemployed than their male counterparts.”
