The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch E6 AMOLED LTPO display that offers Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This device uses Snapdragon 8 generation 2 chipset. While the battery capacity of this device is not yet known, it is expected to support 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
In terms of software, the device runs Android 13 and MIUI 14. It will likely be equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. For the security of the device, Xiaomi will use a fingerprint sensor under the display.
The back panel of this device will be equipped with four 50-megapixel cameras, including a 1-inch Sony IMX989 main camera, ultra-wide lens, telephoto and periscope zoom. On the front, Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
